Return & Exchange Policy 

We want you to love what you ordered! Each item in our store is custom made just for you through our print-on-demand partner. Because of that, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damagedmisprinted, or defective

If that happens, we’ll make it right. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at customerservice@ilmedia.org with: 

  • Your order number 
  • A brief description of the issue 
  • photo showing the problem 

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.  

Because each item is printed individually, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. We encourage you to check our size charts and product details carefully before placing your order. 

As a nonprofit, family-funded ministry, we work hard to keep costs low so that more resources can go directly toward sharing hope and the message of Christ through Family Life Radio and Intentional Life Media.
