What is the Experience Hope Store? 
The Experience Hope Store is part of Intentional Life Media, home to Family Life Radio and Intentional Living. Every purchase helps share hope and encouragement through our listener-supported ministry. 

How are your products made? 
Each item is made to order through our production partner, Printful. This means your product is created just for you—no mass production, no excess waste. 

Orders & Shipping

When will I get my order? 
Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days, then shipped. 

  • U.S. delivery usually takes 7–14 days total
  • International delivery may take up to 20 business days, depending on location and customs. 

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships. 

Do items ship together? 
Not always. Some products—like mugs, hats, or shirts—may ship separately depending on which fulfillment center handles them. 

Do you ship internationally? 
Not at this time, but we hope to in the future!

Payment & Taxes 

Is sales tax included? 
Sales tax is automatically calculated based on our Arizona business location and state requirements. Taxes are added during checkout. 

Is the purchase tax deductible?

Please note that store purchases are considered retail transactions and are not tax-deductible, as goods are provided in exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my item? 
Because each product is custom printed, we can only replace or refund items that are damaged, misprinted, or defective. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo and order number. 

What if I ordered the wrong size or color? 
We can’t accept returns or exchanges for size or preference changes at this time. To help us keep costs low as a family-funded nonprofit ministry, we encourage you to double-check sizing charts before placing your order. 

What happens if my order arrives damaged? 
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email customerservice@ilmedia.org with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right!
